If you ever dreamt that your wedding day would be catered by a fast food giant, be alcohol free and include a stack of apple pies for a wedding cake, then McDonalds has got big news for you!
Next year, the budget concious in Hong Kong can choose to have their wedding reception held at McDonalds.

We’ve had a few people ask us lately about different Wedding Entrances and we had a bit of a look around stumbled across this Youtube video which is very funny. Im guessing it’s probably going to take a bit of practice but definitely worth the result.
Since we put this out we’ve had a few other suggestions that were pretty funny such as this “Wonka’s Grand Entrance” that the groom would probably be better of tackling, but it would be sure to get a laugh that’s for sure.
Here is a freaky coincidence, or perhaps it was destiny…
A newlywed couple have found that their paths had crossed when they were both just kids at Walt Disney World.
While getting some photos together for their wedding from each others family albums, the husband noticed his dad pushing him in a stroller…in a picture from his wife’s family photo album!
Another first for Japan as Satoko Inoue and Tomohiro Shibata (a robotics professor) are married by a robotic celebrant. There was apparently a man crouched in the bushes pushing the buttons, so we are going to assume that this somehow makes it a legally binding union.
Based on the physical resemblance and line of work, our assumption is that Dexter the robot from Perfect Match (pictured left), has been given an upgrade so that it can now conduct nuptials.
We can’t see this catching on in a hurry, but very amusing.
Whilst most of us are madly whittling down our lists of who to invite and upsetting friends and relatives alike, spare a thought for people in Japan!
If you don’t have enough people to make up the numbers or you don’t want your betrothed to know that you have no friends, you can hire someone to attend your wedding for as little as $200. For an extra $50, they will sing and dance as well and for $100 more they will even make a speech or pretend to be your boss!
A bridal store in the US was just about destroyed by a bride to be and her extended family when the owner refused to make alterations to her dress.
So, if you think you may be turning into a Bridezilla at any stage, take some consolation that you are not like acting as crazy as this young lady and her family.
